How to handle returns

With the exception of some products, we can accept returns of ordered products within 5 days after the product arrives at the customer.

*Please check if there is any problem when you receive the product.

*In the case of defects such as defects, defective products, product differences due to delivery errors, etc., exchanges / returns are possible.

1st: About exchange/return period

If you contact us within 5 days after receiving the product, we will exchange it.

"Returns" will be handled based on the second paragraph below.

* Contact method

①To contact us, please fill out the inquiry form within 5 days after receiving the product, including your order information, the reason for the return or exchange, and the problem. (Please describe in as much detail as possible.) In the case of a defective product, please provide an attached file with an overall view of the returned product and an image of the defect (take as clear a picture as possible, including proof photos and tags).

2) If more than 5 days have passed since the product arrived, we cannot accept exchanges/returns even if the product is defective. (Please note that we will not be accepting any inquiries after the 5th.)

( 3 ) Regarding exchanges/returns, after receiving the contact, we will inform you about the exchange/return procedure by e-mail.

④Refunds will not be provided if the product is returned more than 5 days after receiving the exchange/return procedure from our company. Thank you for your understanding.

Second: Regarding exchange/return fees

*In either case of exchange/return, after the customer returns the product, we will resend a new product.In the case of a return, once the product is received, we will issue a refund as soon as it is confirmed.

①If there is a defect in our company (defective product, wrong product, wrong color or size, etc.), we will bear all the return shipping fee and re-shipping fee. (The customer will return the item with cash on delivery, and we will resend the new item with prepayment.)

(2) For exchanges due to customer's convenience (size does not fit, wrong image, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee, and the re-shipping fee will be borne by us. (The customer pays for the return of the item, and we resend the new item for the prepayment.)

2. Returns

① If there is a defect in our company (defective product, product "color, size difference", etc.), we will bear the return shipping fee. I'll take it.

(2) We are sorry, but we cannot accept returns due to customer circumstances (size does not fit, image is different, color is different, arrangement mistake 'computer/mobile phone operation error', etc.). Please note.

Third: Conditions for not accepting exchanges/returns

* Fake leather products such as VC (polyvinyl chloride) and PU (polyurethane) may have a strong smell due to the nature of the material.

③ If the product tag, price tag, label, etc. is cut off

Fourth: Events that are not recognized as defective products

*Some products are made overseas and may not have buttonholes.

*Some products have button attachment markers. This marker disappears when water is applied. Since it is not a defective product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of the product. In addition, we will not be responsible for cleaning costs. (Processing method: Spray water on the marker and let it dry. If there are many markers, you can easily clean them by washing them with water.)

2. Regarding the patterned products sold in this shop, the pattern (pattern) of the actual product may differ from the product sample photo due to the cutting of the fabric. note that.
